Refund policy

1. Returns & Exchanges (General Prints)

We hope you love your new art! If you are not satisfied, you may return non-custom, non-personalized art prints in their original, undamaged condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  • How to Initiate: Email simon@simonknightart.co.uk with your order number and photos of the item to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds: Once received and inspected, a full refund (minus original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges for different prints. Return the original and place a new order.

2. Non-Returnable Items 

  • Custom-ordered, personalized, or commissioned prints.
  • Items damaged through improper handling by the customer.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your print arrives damaged, please take photographs of the damage (including packaging) and email them to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or offer a full refund. 

4. Shipping Costs 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned 

5. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days of receiving the returned item.
