Shipping Policy: Knight Vision Studio & Simon Knight Art

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Knight Vision Studio, Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

1. Shipment Processing Time 

  • Ready-to-ship prints: Processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Limited edition/Signed prints: Processed within 3-5 business days to allow for signing and handling.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. 

  • Prints up to A3: Shipped flat in rigid mailers with double-cardboard reinforcement. All packaging is recyclable cardboard and compostable sleeves.
  • Large Prints (16x20" and up): Rolled in protective acid-free tissue paper and shipped in heavy-duty mailing tubes.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes 

Knight Vision Studio & Simon Knight Art are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

5. Damages 

Knight Vision Studio & Simon Knight Art take great care to package prints safely to prevent bending or moisture damage. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
  • Take photos of the damaged package and the print inside to submit a claim.

6. International Shipping Policy 

We ship worldwide. International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing. We recommend selecting a tracked shipping option for all international orders. 

7. Incorrect Address/Unclaimed Packages 

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package goes unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
